Buying a House
Well, I am buying the house. The contract was signed on Nov 12th, but there were a couple factors making it a bit shaky. However, escrow finally opened yesterday and closes on Dec 16th. I am very excited!!

Thanks! Although I wouldn't say it's gone smoothly, I signed the counter offer on November 14th and they didn't finally open escrow until December 1st. Escrow closes on the 16th, but we're still negotiating the purchase price because the appraisal came in lower than the sale price. It should all be over soon though...and boy I can't wait!
